Dr. Alisa Chun Zou is a dedicated Doctor of Acupuncture and Registered Acupuncturist with a solid academic and research background, holding a Master of Science degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Science degree. She spent over a decade conducting molecular biology research at the University of Alberta, studying the molecular mechanisms of various diseases, and co-authored more than ten academic papers with her colleagues. This rigorous research experience has provided a strong scientific foundation for her subsequent clinical practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture.
